Note: Before starting this process, first you have to place the plug of the extender in the power socket which is nearest to the router, and wait until the light of the power LED turns solid blue. 

Two Methods To Setup An Extender

Method1: Setup An Extender Via WPS Function

For doing this method follow these steps.

• First, press the WPS button on your extender.

• After this, just within 2 minutes press the WPS button of your router.

• Now, wait for 5 minutes to turn the LED light of an extender turns solid blue. Blue LED light determines that the connection between the extender and router is successfully done. 

Note: If the signal LED light does not turn solid blue then you can try the second method. 

Method2: Setup An Extender Via Web Browser

• Link your WiFi gadget to the extender network rockspace_EXT. 

Note: When you are using a mobile phone then make sure that the mobile data must be enabled.

• The login page of the extender opens up automatically.  If it does not open then open a web browser and type re.rockspace.local in the address box. After this make your admin password and save it anywhere for later use. Tap on next. 

• From a list of available WiFi networks and pick the WiFi network that you want to extend. 

• Enter the security password of the WiFi network which you want to extend. 

• As a result, the extender successfully connects to the router.
