- Move the mouse cursor to the upper right corner of the screen until the Charms Bar appears.
- Click Search.
- Click Control Panel.
- Using the drop down menu in the upper-right corner, next to View by:, select Category.
- Click View devices and printers.
- Right-click your printer.
- Click Printer Properties.
