Development and preparation of 3D MEP Drawings for designers

DEVELOPMENT and PREPARATION of 3D MEP Drawings FOR DESIGNERS

BIM Academy provides assistance to designers in the implementation of BIM projects through the Revit program. If the contract contains requirements for project work, the need to link the model of engineering systems or modeling of individual sections of projects – our BIM technologists will be able to create a model that meets the customer's requirements, taking into account the level of detail of the BIM project (LOD). The model is created in accordance with 2D documentation or based on the results of laser scanning.

By receiving a BIM model developed by the specialists of the BIM Academy at Revit, our clients can use it to solve a large number of fundamental design, coordination, planning and construction tasks

FEATURES OF OUR MODELS

·         Checking the geometry, planning and design solutions of a building or structure.

·         Checking volumes and specifications.

·         Linking and checking the model for intersections of engineering systems.

·         Checking the collection capacity of buildings for various sections of the working documentation.

OUR APPROACH TO DEVELOPMENT

The BIM Academy uses a standardized process for preparing, developing, and verifying a BIM model. At the same time, the approach to developing each information model of a building or structure is unique and directly related to the client's tasks.

CONTENT OF THE BIM MODEL

BIM models developed at the BIM Academy using the Revit program contain detailed information about the project. The prepared 3D MEP Drawings model of the building can be passed along with the documentation to the contractor and the customer, which significantly increases the information content of the project.

Among other things, BIM models include the following project - specific data:

·         Construction organization project

·         Work production project

·         Design, construction, material supply, and financing schedules

·         Schedules for the use of human and mechanical resources
